Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) is a Spanish bank with worldwide presence, which promotes Responsible Business.
We worked together on the redesign of its website bancaresponsable.com. This project has been in development for many years and its main objective is to communicate BBVA’s best practices, and the publication of its annual Corporate Social Responsibility reports.
The goal was to create the new multi-device, fully responsive portal, without losing the contents generated from the project's launch in 2009. We listened to the public and analysts on how to improve the user experience, and worked on technical improvement.
The project was then organized and managed through the different phases: information architecture, SEO optimization, prototyping, UX and UI design, code development, integration with CMS, content uploading and usage documentation and best practices.
Corporate design guidelines were followed to create the new style, with a focus on user interaction and ease of use.
Our work with the BBVA team met the main objectives set for the project: to improve user experience and positioning from the time of publication.
